End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement", "EULA") is a legal contract between you ("you", "user", "end user") and the individual developer operating Naxro AI ("Developer", "we", "our", "us"), based in Türkiye.

By downloading, installing, or using Naxro AI ("App"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to:

• Download and install Naxro AI on your mobile device
• Use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access the App's features, AI tools, product analysis, and related content

This license is granted subject to your full compliance with this Agreement and the Terms of Use. You are not acquiring ownership or copyrights; you are only granted permission to use the App.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce the App or any part of it
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Access the App in ways not intended (e.g., scrapers, bots, automated tools)
• Use the App for commercial, competitive, or database-building purposes
• Remove or alter trademarks, logos, or copyright notices
• Interfere with servers, security systems, APIs, or data sources
• Upload images containing people, private data, harmful content, or illegal materials
• Circumvent subscription systems, security mechanisms, or usage limits
• Use the App to generate misleading, harmful, or fraudulent product information
• Use the App to perform activities that violate applicable laws or regulations

Violation may lead to immediate termination of your license.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, AI models, algorithms, databases, text, UI, graphics, trademarks, the "Naxro AI Score" system, scanning and product recognition technologies are owned exclusively by the Developer and protected by international laws. You receive no ownership rights.

4. User Content (Images, Barcodes, Inputs)

If you upload or submit any content into the App (product photos, ingredient labels, barcodes, or text), you grant the Developer a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to analyze and process such content solely to provide and improve the App's functionality.

All data is processed anonymously, as the App does not collect personal information.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Naxro AI uses artificial intelligence to generate ingredient analysis and insights. AI-generated information may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for informational purposes only. The App does not replace professional advice. Use of the App is at your own risk.

6. Updates, Modifications & Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or its features at any time without notice. We are not liable for any resulting impact.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Naxro AI offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features.

• Payment will be charged to the user's Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• The renewal fee will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Users may manage or cancel their subscriptions at any time through their Mobile ID account settings.
• Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by law.

Free trial availability, subscription duration, and pricing are displayed within the App and on the App Store purchase screen.

8. Termination

This license may be terminated if you violate this EULA, misuse the App, or if the App is discontinued. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the App. No refunds will be provided.

9. Third-Party Services & Advertising

The App may use third-party services such as AdMob, Firebase, AI providers, and App Store billing systems, each governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Use is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the App, AI-generated content, or purchasing decisions.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer protection laws apply.
